Combined the pine rosin with 99% IPA in a 1:2 ratio. Now to let it sit overnight and hopefully it'll dissolve...
Dissolved and filtering through a coffee filter. It’s flowing really slowly through the filter so it may be too fine. Might switch to a paper towel…
SMT soldering with flux made from rosin harvested from the pine tree in your front yard: probably only worth doing in a pinch. It seemed to boil a bit too readily and didn't affect the surface tension of the solder enough. It smelled pretty good though!
