Intrusive thoughts do not make you or anyone else a bad person. No, not even in whatever case you're thinking of. Talking about your intrusive thoughts doesn't make you a bad person either. It's what a person does that matters, not what they think about doing.

This is half directed at others, half directed at myself, against my internalized ableism about my intrusive thoughts. I can try to dissolve bad thoughts, but I'm not bad for having them.

It happens. It's part of the human condition. Realizing it's a normal thing is important. Talking about it should be normalized.
